After attending the Amazon Creator Summit in San Diego, California, we were right back at it the next week heading for LTKCon in Dallas, Tx! We spent two days connecting with old friends and meeting new ones, attending seminars led by leading creators in the industry, and learning more about new features to bring you all the very best. We learn so much by attending these conferences and always leave feeling inspired and full of ideas to bring back to MMSM. It is such an honor to be invited to attend LTKCon and we are so grateful to each and every one of you for being apart of this community with us. We appreciate you all so much! The conference was held on Monday and Tuesday, so we left for Dallas on Sunday to squeeze in a little more time in the city. Comfort is KEY when traveling, so we always reach for our coziest fits. These looks were perfect for the flight from Milwaukee to Dallas.
We settled into our hotel room at the beautiful Thompson Dallas, located in downtown Dallas. After we were settled we headed off to a dinner with friends to enjoy our first night in the city before the conference kicked off.
Each day of LTKCon is packed full of meetings, networking happy hours, creator lunches, and parties. Day one was full of networking. LTKCon invites some of the best brands to their conference for us to meet and connect with. It’s a great opportunity to discuss potential partnerships as well as catch up with brands we have worked with before. Along with chatting with brands, we got to spend time with some of our friends we’ve had for quite a while and make new ones!
LTKCon hosted a Country Chic party on night one with Lucchese. As the LTK headquarters are in Dallas, this theme was very fitting. It’s so fun to dress up in our boots and rock a western look. The party was held on the rooftop overlooking the city and featured live entertainment from Shane Smith and the Saints. Give us live music and we are there!! We had such a great time dancing and spending time with our friends. After that, we headed to dinner with some of our creator friends and spent hours talking, laughing, and catching up.
Day two was pretty similar to the first day. We spent the afternoon chatting with brands and learning about new and exciting product launches coming in 2024. We also ran into Hayderz while waiting for the elevator! He is absolutely hilarious and so kind. We love his content and were thrilled to meet him in person. After some more networking, it was time to start getting ready for the Creator Awards later that evening.
We always look forward to the Creator Awards, we had such a great time! Everyone gets all dolled up in their very best to walk the red carpet. Both of our dresses are from Lulus and were perfect for the event. LTK always live streams the red carpet as they interview creators and it is such a fun experience. We spent the night celebrating our fellow creators and are so happy for all of the winners! This was the perfect end to such a great conference.
